Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This policy explains what data is processed when you visit oscolderst.github.io. In short: the site has no accounts, no forms and no analytics, and oscolderst does not collect your personal data through it.
1. Controller
The site is run by oscolderst, based in Malta, who can be contacted at oscolderst@gmail.com.
2. Data oscolderst receives
Only what you choose to send. If you email oscolderst@gmail.com, we receive your email address and your message and use them only to reply to you.
3. What is stored in your browser
The site stores two small items in your browser’s local storage. They stay on your device and are never sent to us:
oscolderst_age_ok— remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or over, so you are not asked again.oscolderst_twitch_ok— remembers that you chose to load the Twitch player, so it loads directly next time.
You can delete them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. See the Cookie Policy for details.
4. Hosting
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, provided by GitHub, Inc. Like any web server, GitHub may log technical request data such as your IP address for security and operational purposes. See the GitHub privacy statement.
5. Third-party services on the site
Some pages load content from other services directly in your browser. When they do, those services receive technical data such as your IP address:
- Twitch — clips and their thumbnails (Home and Clips) are requested from Twitch when the page loads. The Twitch video player (Home and Live) only loads after you click “Watch stream”, and can then set Twitch cookies. See the Twitch privacy notice.
- bonushunt.gg — the live bonus hunt widget (Home and Live) loads when the page opens and may set its own cookies. See the privacy information on bonushunt.gg.
6. External and affiliate links
When you click an offer, the shop or a social network, you leave this site and that site’s privacy policy applies. Affiliate links let the operator know you came from here, usually through a cookie on their own domain, so the sign-up can be attributed.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. As oscolderst only processes data you send by email, these rights apply to that data: just write to oscolderst@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Maltese data protection authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), or with the authority in the EU country where you live.
8. Children
The site is intended only for people aged 18 or over and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows the version in force.
